This monitor is compatible with 13"-16" (with border) laptops, not compatible with M1 Chip Macbook and 17" laptops.
If you connect with a Type-C cable, please ensure that your Laptop's Type-C port supports power and data transfer. If the screen shows "No Signal", you need to connect an HDMI cable to transfer data!
If the screen does Not Light Up after connecting, it may be because the laptop voltage is low; an additional USB cable can be used to power the screen.
